High and Low Row Pulley System

Users of the device may execute workouts that mimic the action of rowing by using the cable, handle, and weight stack. During the workout, the cable is passed over a number of pulleys, which offer resistance and produce a fluid and natural movement.

Foam Wrapped Swing Arms

The swing arms are made of durable steel tubing and have a layer of high-density foam covering them for comfort and grip. In order to ensure a more comfortable grip when performing exercises like pull-ups, chin-ups, and other upper body activities, the foam wrapping aids to lessen strain on the user's hands.

Weight Stack
